Alcohol Policy
Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
Bartending service comes from our pre-approved list of bartenders or, with approval, your catering company.
Alcohol service ends 1 hour prior to guest departure (grand exit), regardless of time, never going beyond 5 hours of service.
Overnight parking is available, and sober drivers, taxi services or Uber and Lyft are encouraged.
Details
All dates are booked first come, first serve through a private client portal and require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer of 25% of total fee.
Event insurance required for all events, (approx. $250 with host liquor liability). Offered through Espino Insurance 918.397-3206 call or text.
All linen and dishes (if using real dishes) rentals must come from PartyPro Rents.
Trash must be bagged and placed in dumpster prior to end of rental time.
Food and décor removed; counter tops wiped down prior to end of rental.
No flames, lit candles, hand-held sparklers or fire of any type.
Rented cold sparklers may be used outdoors for grand exit.
No confetti, paper-based confetti, balloons, sky lanterns, bird or flower seed or fake flowers during exit. Real flower petals, petal confetti, lavender, bubbles, glow sticks, ribbon wands, Ecofetti, Wilton attached streamers may be used. All exit items require prior approval.
Smoking increases significant fire risk to property and is prohibited.
